The latest news of the development of the Mayflower Autonomous Ship (MAS) has now been released. This autonomous vessel will be capable of conducting scientific research with the endurance and reliability to operate remotely in all corners of the globe. The vessel is to be powered by renewable energy and will be compliant with maritime regulations.
The vessel is to be ready to participate in the Mayflower 400 Commemorations in 2020 and we hope she will visit Dartmouth during her Sea Trials. See Projects page for more information.
