A group of willing volunteers, including representatives from DM400, gathered in Royal Avenue Gardens on a showery morning on Saturday 27 June, to help the Town Council with weeding the fine flower beds, cleaning the paths and generally tidying up, to make our town looks its best for the gradual “reawakening”. We were joined by the MP for Totnes, Anthony Mangnall MP, the Mayor of Dartmouth, Cllr Graham Webb, and the Captain of BRNC, Captain Roger Readwin, Royal Navy.
Well deserved refreshments – with tea, coffee, sausage rolls, courtesy of were served by Stuart Lonrigg of Leonards Cove & Radius 7, Stoke Fleming. Along with cakes made by Helen Lloyd of My Delicious Devon (food blog)
